Yes. Once you have made you deposit payment the property is automatically booked for your selected dates and can not be booked by anyone else. You will also receive a confirmation email; this will confirm the payment received and the dates of your booking.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email, once you have paid your deposit and once you pay the balance due then you will also receive an email with full details and direction on how to reach your chosen property; how to obtain the key; when to arrive and depart and the procedures, along with everything else you will need to get your holiday started.

Cancellation policies are set by the property owners and they do vary.  If you look at the ‘notes’ tab on our website it will tell you what the cancellation terms are for that property or you can email our team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes. You will receive an information email from us which will give you details of the property, how to get to it and the arrival/departure details. We encourage our property owners to also provide a full information pack in the property which should help you further.

We have provided a brief overview of the local area which has been supplied by the property owner and we list this on our website. We also ask property owners to include in their information packs (found at the property) details of events, places to go, things to see and places to eat. These will of course will not contain everything in them and some exploring may be required. In our confirmation email, we will provide web address for tourist information which should get you going.

Our property owners give us details of what features their property has; for example open fire place. We then enter these details onto the website on their property pages. If there is a feature you are looking for that is not contained on the property page then just get in touch with us through our contact us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
